Credit Account Application Form

It is understood that the credit trading terms of ACE Haulage are strictly 30 Days From End Of Month. Failure to comply could mean the withdrawal of the facilities offered and lodgement of a default with a credit bureau. Ace Haulage is entitled to charge interest (at the maximum overdraft rates charged by its bank) on any charges remaining unpaid after 30 days. Ace Haulage has the right to recover all legal and/or commercial agent costs incurred by it in effecting recovery of any overdue debts. Ace Haulage is entitled to require a deposit at the commencement of any job. I/ We hereby agree to these terms and conditions and agree that the terms and conditions take effect upon acceptance of this application. I/ We agree that ACE Haulage may give or seek from any credit providers named in this credit application and any credit providers that may be named in a credit report issued by a credit reporting agency information about my/ our credit arrangements. I/ we understand this information can include any information about my/ our credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity that credit providers are allowed to give or receive from each other under the Privacy Act. This information is required to assess credit worthiness of all ACE Haulages’ customers. By signing below it is understood that this information maybe provided to other credit providers; credit bureaus and ACE Haulage employees.
